This agreement is between Janet Wahl & Mindbalance and the user of this website. Use of this website constitutes an agreement with the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
Deposits
Deposits and fees for all seminars or classes are non refundable; however, deposits are transferable to other seminars and classes taught by Janet Wahl via our Exchange Program. By accepting these terms, you further acknowledge that, should for any reason, you are unable to attend a seminar or class that you have purchased, you will still be charged in full for the cost of the seminar or class and a refund will not be granted. However, you will still qualify for an Exchange for future classes.
Cancellations
To qualify for our Exchange Program, all cancellations of seminars or classes must be in writing at least 48 hours prior to the schedule class date. Upon receipt of your cancellation request you will receive a written notification of acceptance. CD�s are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have a complaint about a CD, you are encouraged to communicate with Janet Wahl for rectification.
Online Registration
By making an online purchase of any of the seminars or classes taught by Janet Wahl, you acknowledge that payment in full is due. Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes a binding contractual agreement with Janet Wahl and Mindbalance. All fees are non- refundable; however they are transferable to any Seminar or class taught by Janet Wahl and qualify for an Exchange for future classes.
Right to Change Prices
Prices of all Mindbalance courses and products are subject to change upon notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Mindbalance Site.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have paid for an audio download, but I cannot download it. What can you do for me?
If you cannot download the audio tracks for which you have paid, call 505 508 5805. We will work out a satisfactory solution. One solution is to convert the audio into a hard CD and ship it to you.
I have paid for an audio download and have successfully downloaded it. It will not play.
Call 505 508 5805. You may be able to burn your own CD from your equipment. If not, we can ship a hard CD to you.
Disclaimer
Like the practice of medicine, hypnosis, self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, hypnotic age regression, Theta Healing� are not absolute sciences. Janet Wahl personally knows of no case on record in which an individual has been harmed in any way by hypnosis, self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, meditation, Theta Healing� or hypnotic age regression. However, thousands of individuals have benefited from these experiences.
Hypnotism is a self-regulating profession, and its practitioners are not licensed by state governments. Janet Wahl is not a physician or a licensed health care provider and may neither provide a medical diagnosis nor recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If a client desires a diagnosis or any other type of treatment from a different practitioner, the client may seek such services at any time. In the event Mindbalance services are terminated by a client, the client has a right to coordinated transfer of services to another practitioner. A client has a right to refuse Mindbalance services at any time. A client has a right to be free of physical, verbal or sexual abuse. A client has a right to know the expected duration of sessions, and may assert any right without retaliation.
I understand that the services provided to me are for educational and self-improvement purposes only and are not for the diagnosis or treatment of any mental or physical ailment. Hypnosis and Theta Healing� are not substitutes for standard medical care. Services offered to the public are non-therapeutic hypnotism and Theta Healing�, defined as the use of hypnosis to teach positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis. These services are not to be considered as any form of medical, behavioral or mental health care. Even though research has shown hypnosis to be effective, by law Janet Wahl makes no health benefit claims for these services.
I am of legal age and in consideration of my acceptance as a participant in these sessions seminars, classes, and audio tracks, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge Janet Wahl and MindBalance from all claims of damages, copyright, demands or actions whatsoever in any manner arising from or growing out of my participation. Janet Wahl retains the copyright for any CD made for a client.
Shipping Policy
Audio Files listed on the Mindbalance, LLC website can be downloaded immediately after payment. If the purchaser has difficulty with the download process, please call 505 508 5805. A hard CD can be mailed. Allow 5 to 10 business days to receive the hard CD through the USPS.
For customized audio files the process is as follows:
1. Client calls 505 508 5805 or e-mails janet@mindbalance.us for a telephone appointment.
2. We conduct a phone interview to determine the content of the CD.
3. The script is written and e-mailed to the client for revisions and approval. This shipping date is determined at the time of the interview.
4. Client returns the script by e-mail to Mindbalance, LLC.
5. After Mindbalance, LLC receives the approved script, allow 10 business days for the recording and upload on the website. As soon as the personalized audio file is uploaded on the website, the client is notified by e-mail and can download the audio file immediately.
6. If the client has difficulty with the download, client calls 505 508 5805 or e-mails to describe the difficulty. At that point if the difficulty cannot be resolved, a hard CD, it is mailed. Allow 5-10 business days to receive the hard CD.
